Why MishFit?

Picking a gym is an overwhelming process, I hear you.

​

There are almost too many options.

​

So, let me give you three reasons to come and join the MishFit community.

Ladies only. Need I say more? MishFit is a small community of women who want to feel good, do something for themselves and get out of the house. We pride ourselves on feeling confident, having fun, and supporting one another.

​

 

Prices are for group training but you receive PT treatment.

I will make adjustments tailored to you and your unique individual needs (ask my girls who've trained until 41 weeks pregnant!) 

​

 

Women tend to get bored lifting weights, which is why I will make sure you are progressively overloading with your weights to help you get stronger and change your body.

As an ex-professional dancer, I am continuously mixing things up with a Fitness Challenge and spicing up your sessions to keep them fun while you get a good workout in!

I’ve worked out with plenty of other trainers and NONE are as hard-working, encouraging, and thoughtful as Mish. There’s only one problem training with Mish, you NEVER want to stop, she’s addictive and such a little firecracker. If you want to learn what a million-dollar note between your butt cheeks means, or how to liken your bits to a jellyfish, or how to wrap a snake up and around your upper inner thighs, then join the funniest most unpretentious group of women around, led by the funnest most unpretentious and top chick around, Mish!

Absolutely love coming to the classes! Mish keeps me motivated and has incredible knowledge of training Mums after having a baby. I've gained so much support from the other Mums, and little bub has met some friends too!

I joined Michelle's mums and bubs group when she first started 7.5 years ago, 8 weeks after I had my first baby. I always loved exercising but I can honestly say I'd never been fully happy with my results though. Michelle's training has reshaped my body. I've since had two more children and even though I'd stop training during pregnancy, I'd get back into it when it was safe to do so after delivery. My body has bounced back amazingly each time and I couldn't be happier in my skin due to training with Mish.I'm leaner, stronger and more energised than I've ever been.
