Arms, Booty Accessory & Core

This session targets shoulders, biceps, and triceps to build arm strength and definition, while booty accessory work focuses on glute activation, stability, and single-leg strength to support overall lower-body performance. Core training rounds out the session, leaving you feeling balanced, strong, and ready for the weekend.

Total Body Blast

Your Saturday finisher! A faster moving, full-body session that hits every major muscle. Expect higher intensity, continuous movement, and a little extra sweat as we build strength, endurance, and energy to close out the week strong.

Lower Body

This session focuses on building strength through the glutes and quads using a mix of compound and accessory movements. Expect squat patterns, hip hinges, lunges, split squats, and targeted quad and glute work to improve strength, control, and lower-body balance.

A full-body session that hits every major muscle, with Bench Press or OH Press and Hip Thrust OR RDL as the main lifts. Accessory exercises help build strength, stability, and overall muscular balance -- plus a functional, heart-pumping finisher to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling strong and energized.

Yoga

Mobility & Stretch targeted practice designed to improve range of motion in key joints (hips, shoulders, spine) while lengthening and releasing overworked muscles. This class enhances recovery, reduces injury risk, and complements strength training by helping you move better and lift stronger.

Full Body #2

Mobility & Stretch Yoga
A total-body session designed to hit every major muscle, with the Deadlift as the main lift to build strength and power. Supporting exercises target balance and muscular development, followed by a short, high-energy cardio finisher to get your heart pumping and leave you feeling strong and energized.
