I've spent over 10 years working with women to design classes that are effective & enjoyable while still managing to help you achieve your goals - no matter how big or small.

Upper Push & Pull
Arms & Booty
A well-balanced strength session targeting your upper body and glutes. You'll train push movements (like shoulder press and push-ups), pull movements (like rows and pulldowns), and finish with arm-focused exercises for biceps and triceps. Add in glute burners like hip thrusts and banded work to round it out. Build strength, shape, and confidence in a fun, empowering space made for women.
Legs & Back
This dynamic session targets strong, toned legs and a sculpted upper back. You'll move through a mix of squats, lunges, rows, and pull ups—designed to build muscle, improve posture, and increase everyday strength.


Booty & Upper Push
Shape your glutes and strengthen your upper body in this focused session. Expect glute burners like hip thrust, RDL's and kickbacks, paired with powerful upper body push movements—think bench press, shoulder press, and push-ups. Designed to build strong glutes, shoulders, chest, and arms in a fun, supportive women's-only space.
Boxfit & Mobility
Boxfit + Mobility. This workout combines elements of boxing drills & kicking on the boxing bags with cardiovascular exercises to push you to your limits along with core work to burn those abs.
Conditioning is done to improve muscle endurance and cardiovascular ability.
Mobility is the ability to actively achieve an extended range of motion dynamically.
Stretching involves deliberately lengthening the muscle to achieve an extended range of motion.


Full Body Circuit
A full body workout with a little more intensity- A touch higher reps & still working on some of our big lifts like different variations of squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, shoulders etc
